Due to the nature of organic and agricultural products, returns are accepted only in limited and exceptional cases.

Approved Returns

  • Return requests are approved only for damaged or incorrect products, subject to verification.
  • If a return request is approved, a replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.

Return Conditions

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photographs and/or an unboxing video along with the Order ID must be provided

No cash or card refunds are provided for returned products.
